Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or altered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
